Everything at Supported Living Services Limited is designed to create an atmosphere of home, safety, warmth and care, whilst keeping its function as an exceptionally innovative and well-run supported living service. We cater for individuals with mental health support needs, recovering from alcohol and illicit substances, have been detained under the Mental Health Act or subject to Home Office or Ministry of Justice Restrictions.

Management

The director of Supported Living Services Limited is Hans Morano.  He has over 17 years’ experience operating regulated and non-regulated care services including residential Forensic Mental Health Services in Newham and Waltham Forest.  He also successfully managed community based services for multiple client groups including Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Stroke, Cancer and End of Life.  He is committed to the betterment of Health & Social Care in England and is the founder of the National Registered Managers Network platform, a free platform which helps connect hundreds of Care Providers to their peers and the local authority.

Front Line Team

All front line staff have experience working with individuals with mental health support needs.  They attend regular mandatory training including safeguarding of vulnerable adults, health and safety, equality and diversity, mental capacity act, mental health awareness, care planning as well as best practice in caring for vulnerable adults. Our team also work closely with professionals in statutory mental health services as well as with our neighbours and the police to intervene when the behaviour of people who use our services becomes hazardous to the lives of other people.
